Moments in Fashion Design and Performance have taken turns
Moments in fashion design and performance have taken turns 23 to 26 September 2010 in Milan during the Fashion Design 2.0. The event promoted by the Municipality of Milan in collaboration with the Mandatory Group in the project Loves Milan Fashion, involved in the Italian brands to emphasize the link the world of fashion and design world. For four days, in fact over 20 brands of the Made in Italy were the protagonists of the Milan Fashion Week Design 2.0.
The location of the events was the Octagon, the historic culture in Milan’s Galleria Victoria Emmanuelle, where it was built the Fashion Design House, a stage and a large flight of steps, filled with objects of design, hosted in a modern setting, performance, fashion and DJ sets.
To furnish the Fashion Design House have been four major installations in the world of fashion inspired by famous international architects and designers chosen by the magazine of architecture and interior design. Galleria Victoria Emmanuelle in the installations has been exhibited by Antonio Criterion and Patricia Veil with Monocle, Lissome Associate Gallo, and Severing Vudafieri Partners with Todd’s and Alberto Baguette with You.
Every day in the Fashion Design House alternated performances of fashion brands of the Italian style as Chamomile Milan, Geon, Combine, Janet & Janet, Yes-Zee and Kathy Van Zeeland. The backdrop to the performance fashion furniture products and creations of Platform, Corrode Frozen Lighting and Outdoor Living Space, prestigious furnishings and design.
With this event, the Gallery has become a meeting place and events open to the entire city dedicated to fashion and design.
